Practice News and Notices

 

 Online Appointments

We are pleased to announce that we are now offering online appointments and that patients can also update their address and telephone number online. Patients already registered for online Prescriptions can use their existing pass code. Otherwise please ask at reception and bring in two forms of identification. The receptionist will then issue you with a pass code to use the system.

Online Access to Medical Records

If you would like online access to your medical records including Medications, Allergies and Immunisations please register for on-line access at reception as above and ask the receptionist for Medical Records access. If you are already registered for on-line appointments and Prescriptions please contact reception and ask them to add on-line Medical Records access.

Memory Assessment Clinic

Worried about your memory? We now have a memory assessment clinic on Wednesday afternoons from 2pm - just book an appointment with reception.

Monday Evenings – 6.30-8.45

On Monday evenings we are offering:

An extra GP clinic for improved access 
A sexual health clinic – smears, pill checks, sexual health checks and problems

There will be a team including a GP and nurse available for appointments
