How do I... Make An Appointment?

We have an appointments system for all Surgeries and clinics. Appointments can be Made by telephone between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Friday Advanced Access You can make an appointment to speak with or see a Health Care Professional within 24 hours or a Doctor within 48 hours.

How do I... Obtain Telephone Triage?

A Telephone triage service is available every day for patients needing urgent advice or attention from the Nurse/Doctor.

How do I... Obtain A Home Visit?

If you are unable to attend the surgery on medical grounds you may wish to ask the doctor to see you at home. Telephone the surgery on 0844 499 6984 before 10.00 am to request a visit. On average, a doctor can see four or five patients in a surgery in the time it takes to make one home visit.

Text Reminder Service

We now have a FREE text reminder service for those patients with mobile phones who have given us their number. We will send a reminder of your appointment by text message 48 hours before it is due. We hope this will help with the 80% of missed appointments that are due to forgetfulness.

Cancelling Appointments

If you no longer require your appointment we ask that you contact us to cancel it as we can then provide care to another patient. To cancel you can ether telephone reception or if you have received a text message you can reply to this (this will be charged by your provider).
