Changes to our Service following Coronavirus

Arnold Medical Centre are working on a telephone triage system while the current Covid-19 outbreak persists. If you make an appointment with the reception team a GP will call you. You may be asked to come to the Practice to see a GP or the problem may be resolved over the phone.
If you need a repeat prescription and have access to a PC or smartphone please either register for the MyGP app or Patient access and you are then able to put in your request remotely. If you do not have this facility there will be repeat prescription forms in the hallway at the Practice which you can fill in and drop off in the post box just outside the main entrance door. These will be collected regularly.
Our Reception team, GPs and nursing team are very busy at the present time so please have patience and treat them courteously as they are working hard to help you.
